Description: The CRX88 is without doubt, a fantastic achievement.  

The CRX88  was designed primarily for "presentations" - that being, presenting a fly gently and accurately onto the head of an unsuspecting fish without spooking it or letting it know that you have your eyes set on it..

As with most trout fishing, distances of over 60 foot are rarely needed, and often fish are caught much closer in, requiring a more gentle, delicate approach.  

It was fishing in these situations that inspired the design brief! 

Not to say the CRX88 however isn't capable of distance!  With its progressive action, this rod can also punch a line quite a distance when required.

Their is not doubt the designers have achieved what they set out to do, and the CRX88 has now become what we suspect to be one of the top selling rods in the World.
