Flextec Lifetime Rod Warranty

Congratulations on purchasing your new Flextec rod which is designed and manufactured using the latest technology and materials to offer superior performance and value for money. We are confident it will offer many years of enjoyment and satisfaction.

All Flextec rods are covered by an Unconditional lifetime Guarantee which will cover you against any problem you may have in later years with your rod, this includes accidental damage.

In order to qualify for your Flextec Lifetime Rod Warranty register your product within 14 days of purchase. Failure to register will invalidate your warranty but will not affect your statutory rights.

Where damage has occurred due to a defect in manufacturing, Flextec will, at their own discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. We reserve the right to offer the nearest alternative from our current range in cases where the product has been superseded by newer models and replacement parts are no longer available.

A handling charge of £30 will be applied per section per claim to cover return shipping, insurance and processing for any claims made from within the UK

A handling charge of £40 will be applied per section per claim to cover return shipping, insurance and processing for any claims made from outside the UK

In the unlikely event of a problem, this is what you do:
In the event of a claim, send your rod section(s) with your payment, securely packaged to the address below:  Please note you only need to send the bottom 10cm of the broken section NOT the entire broken seciton.

You may send us your payment by cheque (UK customers only), or by credit/debit card in which case, please give us your name as it appears on the card, your card number and expiry date.

Please also include your full name and return address and a phone number we can contact you on.

Further Information

1. The original owner is responsible for the cost of carriage and insurance of the rod to the the Flextec offices.
2. Return despatch and insurance charges in the UK will be paid by Flextec.
3. The Lifetime warranty can not be passed on to any 3rd party at anytime and can only be acted upon by the original owner of the rod.
4. Failure to register your product online within 14 days cancels any rights to the Lifetime Warranty.
5. There may be colour/material and specification variations in the replacement sections against the original.
6. Flextec cannot be made responsible for any other consequential or incidental damages.
7. Flextec reserves the right to have the final decision whether to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models, at a reasonable charge, with comparable models when necessary.   Colours and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

In no event shall Flextec be held liable for indirect loss and/or loss of profits due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law. This is given in addition to your legal statutory rights with the laws of England.
